A new player joins with a realistic-looking name, but it’s clearly meant to mock a real-world tragedy or group. They claim it’s “just dark humor.” As staff, how do you handle this and why? As staff, the correct handling is to remove or force-change the name immediately, and issue a warning or punishment depending on server policy.

During a robbery scene, a player messages another outside the game to warn them what’s about to happen. The scene continues normally. As staff reviewing the report, what concerns you most and how do you handle it? Check evidence, then warn or punish depending on severity.

A player walks away from an active RP situation without saying anything and later claims, “My character wouldn’t care.” How do you judge whether this was valid character choice or roleplay avoidance? review logs/situation and decide if it was fair RP or fail RP

You notice a rule issue developing within a scene. How would you go about what your seeing in the scene? Intervene, explain the rule, correct the scene, and warn if needed.

A player repeatedly uses mechanics to gain advantages but technically follows the scripts correctly. How do you decide whether this is clever gameplay or abuse that hurts roleplay? If it harms fair/realistic RP, it’s abuse; if not, it’s fine.

Two players give completely different versions of a scene. Both seem confident and neither has video. How do you investigate and make a fair decision as staff? Check logs/evidence, review rules, compare consistency, then make a fair decision based on facts—not claims.

You notice the same player appears in multiple reports—not always guilty, but always involved in messy situations. At what point does this become a concern, and how should staff address it? review history, talk to the player, and warn/monitor if it continues.

A player takes a huge risk in a dangerous situation and loses their character as a result. They complain that it was unfair. How do you explain consequences while still being respectful and professional? Explain calmly that the outcome was a result of their RP choices and server rules, and offer a review if they still want staff to check it.

A civilian resists police in a situation that realistically would not justify extreme actions. How do you judge whether the player acted realistically or just wanted an outcome? Check if their resistance fits realistic behavior and context. If it’s excessive or unrealistic, it’s likely outcome-driven RP.

A player roleplays severe injuries during a scene but is completely fine an hour later with no explanation. How should staff handle situations like this to maintain consistency? Check consistency and logs. If injuries were roleplayed, they must be followed up properly—correct, warn, or clarify with the player to keep RP realistic.

You make a ruling that a player strongly disagrees with, but it’s fair and consistent. They continue arguing. How do you handle this while maintaining authority and professionalism? Stay calm, restate the ruling once, then end the discussion and direct them to appeals if needed.

Some one in the discord makes a ticket regarding applications, how would you respond to their ticket? Greet them, answer the application question clearly, and direct them to the correct application channel or staff if needed.
