All staff are required to be apart of a department. Please provide a department that you wish to be apart of upcoming joining the team. I would like to be apart of the Business Team department, I would make sure businesses and roleplay stay organized, active, and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Please provide a example of a proper /me & /do. /Me: /me kneels down beside the vehicle and opens the toolbox, pulling out a wrench and inspecting the engine bay carefully.
/Do: /do Would the engine show any visible damage, leaks, or loose parts after inspection?

Please list your time zone and your availability. EST, I am available throughout most times of the day including mornings, afternoons, and nights. My schedule is very flexible, allowing me to be active consistently and assist whenever needed.

Do you have any forums experience? Yes

Explain how to move a forums thread. I would review the thread, determine the correct section it belongs in, then use moderator permissions to move it into the proper category while making sure everything stays organized and easy for players to find.

A new player joins with a realistic-looking name, but it’s clearly meant to mock a real-world tragedy or group. They claim it’s “just dark humor.” As staff, how do you handle this and why? I would PM the player and explain that even if they consider it a joke, the name is still inappropriate and can negatively impact the community. I would instruct them to put in a name change request through the report system IC, and then have them kicked from the server so they can rejoin once the new name is approved and processed.

During a robbery scene, a player messages another outside the game to warn them what’s about to happen. The scene continues normally. As staff reviewing the report, what concerns you most and how do you handle it? The main concern would be metagaming because information was shared outside of RP that could affect the scene. I would gather evidence, speak to both players, and determine how much the outside communication impacted the roleplay before deciding on punishment or warnings.

A player walks away from an active RP situation without saying anything and later claims, “My character wouldn’t care.” How do you judge whether this was valid character choice or roleplay avoidance? I would look at the context of the situation and whether the action realistically made sense. If it seems like they ignored RP just to avoid consequences or interaction, then it would be considered roleplay avoidance. Character decisions should still contribute to RP instead of shutting it down.

You notice a rule issue developing within a scene. How would you go about what your seeing in the scene? I would continue to monitor the scene and let RP carry on so I don’t disrupt the flow of the situation. While it’s ongoing, I would privately message the player involved and correct the issue or remind them of the rule in a calm way. If it starts to escalate or continue, I would step in more directly, but the goal is to keep the RP going smoothly while still fixing the problem without affecting the scene.

A player repeatedly uses mechanics to gain advantages but technically follows the scripts correctly. How do you decide whether this is clever gameplay or abuse that hurts roleplay? I would look at the intent and overall effect on roleplay. If someone is constantly abusing mechanics in ways that ruin immersion, avoid consequences, or create unfair situations, then it becomes rule abuse even if the scripts technically allow it.

Two players give completely different versions of a scene. Both seem confident and neither has video. How do you investigate and make a fair decision as staff? If there is not enough evidence such as clips or logs to clearly support what happened, I would avoid going off word of mouth alone and treat it as insufficient evidence. In cases like that, I would either resolve it with reminders if needed or void the situation if it cannot be properly confirmed, to keep rulings fair and consistent.

You notice the same player appears in multiple reports—not always guilty, but always involved in messy situations. At what point does this become a concern, and how should staff address it? It becomes a concern when there is a clear pattern forming. Even if they are not always guilty, constantly being involved in issues can show poor decision making or behavior. I would speak with them directly, explain the concern, and monitor future situations more closely. I would also take note of it and inform my higherups so they’re aware of the pattern and can decide if further action or monitoring is needed.

A player takes a huge risk in a dangerous situation and loses their character as a result. They complain that it was unfair. How do you explain consequences while still being respectful and professional? I would explain that actions have consequences in serious roleplay and that risky decisions can lead to major outcomes, including character loss. I would stay respectful, hear their concerns out, and explain the reasoning calmly instead of arguing with them.

A civilian resists police in a situation that realistically would not justify extreme actions. How do you judge whether the player acted realistically or just wanted an outcome? I would look at whether the resistance made sense for the character and situation or if it seemed forced just to create action. Serious RP should focus on realistic behavior and believable reactions instead of chasing unrealistic outcomes.

A player roleplays severe injuries during a scene but is completely fine an hour later with no explanation. How should staff handle situations like this to maintain consistency? I would remind the player that injuries should be roleplayed consistently and realistically. If necessary, I would speak to them about improving injury RP and issue warnings if the behavior keeps happening.

You make a ruling that a player strongly disagrees with, but it’s fair and consistent. They continue arguing. How do you handle this while maintaining authority and professionalism? I would stay calm, explain the reasoning clearly, and avoid arguing emotionally. If they continue after everything has been explained, I would let them know the decision is final and direct them toward proper channels like staff management or appeals if they still disagree.

Some one in the discord makes a ticket regarding applications, how would you respond to their ticket? If someone makes a ticket regarding their application while it is still pending, I would respond respectfully and assure them that their application is currently being reviewed. I would let them know to please wait patiently while the staff team reviews applications on the forums and that they will be contacted once a decision has been made. I would also make sure they understand the process clearly so they do not feel ignored or confused.
