Do you have any forums experience? Yes

Explain how to move a forums thread. Usually at the top of any thread there would be a tools tab that allows you to navigate the forum to other sections or to archive.

A new player joins with a realistic-looking name, but it’s clearly meant to mock a real-world tragedy or group. They claim it’s “just dark humor.” As staff, how do you handle this and why? I would let them know through the pm system that this is a serious roleplay server and actions like this cannot be tolerated, I would then tell them that if they want to continue roleplay on this character within the server then they will have to change their name. I would contact a higher up letting them know to begin the name change process with the individual if I do not have permissions to do so.

During a robbery scene, a player messages another outside the game to warn them what’s about to happen. The scene continues normally. As staff reviewing the report, what concerns you most and how do you handle it? I would have to take on the report, then reviewing all POVS trying to see where these individuals could have been metagaming as that is my main concern. If I do find any leakage within these clips then I would serve them the proper consequence without being Bias in anyway but making my bans based off facts.

A player walks away from an active RP situation without saying anything and later claims, “My character wouldn’t care.” How do you judge whether this was valid character choice or roleplay avoidance? This can be valid in only one way, if this person has never had a single interaction with the people they're ignoring is the only way I could understand this. But if they know that it is they're rival or someone they just choose not to roleplay with then it is not valid. I would again review all POVs trying to see if the person was blatantly avoiding roleplay or genuinely did not pay the people any mind.

You notice a rule issue developing within a scene. How would you go about what your seeing in the scene? Depending on what rule is being broken is how I would approach it, So if I see someone just spam punching or talking while knocked out or stealing a car from a Greenzone I would just kick them from the server for whatever minor rule they broke. If it is a situation where we have someone maybe arguing with someone else and blatantly saying TOS or talking OOC I WOULD server harsh consequences while also giving this person a chance to appeal on the forums.

A player repeatedly uses mechanics to gain advantages but technically follows the scripts correctly. How do you decide whether this is clever gameplay or abuse that hurts roleplay? Game mechanics can easily be helpful and are not to be abused. You can tell when someone is doing something for the benefit of themselves to get an advantage over others vs when someone genuinely is using it as help or even in a roleplay way.

Two players give completely different versions of a scene. Both seem confident and neither has video. How do you investigate and make a fair decision as staff? I would see if I can find anything to help either's story, but if a 2 minute clip is not provided I would more than likely put the player report on hold and get further approval from a higher up to close this report as both parties cannot provide POV.

You notice the same player appears in multiple reports—not always guilty, but always involved in messy situations. At what point does this become a concern, and how should staff address it? This becomes a concern after about 3 player reports in my opinion. Usually with those types of people it tends to be the same type of cases and rules being broken. Staff should address it by not showing as much grace or sympathy with the individual when it comes to ban appeals. Still making sure that if this individual makes a player report on another individual not to be bias either.

A player takes a huge risk in a dangerous situation and loses their character as a result. They complain that it was unfair. How do you explain consequences while still being respectful and professional? I explain to this person that it if no rules were broken in this situation there's nothing that I can do for them. But, they can make a player report along with a two minute clip if they feel a rule was broken.

A civilian resists police in a situation that realistically would not justify extreme actions. How do you judge whether the player acted realistically or just wanted an outcome? I would review all POV trying to see where this person was kind of being unrealistic just trying to do anything in their power to not go to jail I will then serve then the proper consequence if that's what they did. If they were acting realistic and the cops just feel that it was not fair then there is nothing I can do and I will dismiss this report.

A player roleplays severe injuries during a scene but is completely fine an hour later with no explanation. How should staff handle situations like this to maintain consistency? They Should kick them from the server with a message of (Failure to Roleplay Injuries. Please Read the rules and Guidelines Upon Re-Entering the Server.)

You make a ruling that a player strongly disagrees with, but it’s fair and consistent. They continue arguing. How do you handle this while maintaining authority and professionalism? I would Close the forum making sure no-one has permission to further argue, while also making sure the parties understand why this rule is in place and that it will not be bent or changed for anyone.

Some one in the discord makes a ticket regarding applications, how would you respond to their ticket? I would redirect them with the proper place to find this application on the forums and then make sure they're ticket is GTC (good to close).
