Have you ever been staff in a serious server? no i have not but i have been staff in a lot of other servers and i think i would be a good staff

All staff are required to be apart of a department. Please provide a department that you wish to be apart of upcoming joining the team. i am a police officer and i also feel like we need more staff on on the PD side

Please provide a example of a proper /me & /do. /me reaches into his jacket and pulls out a leather wallet, flipping it open to display his badge.
/do The badge clearly identifies him as an LSPD officer.

Please list your time zone and your availability. EST

Do you have any forums experience? No

Explain how to move a forums thread. as i have never been on forms before im not sure on how to do that

A new player joins with a realistic-looking name, but it’s clearly meant to mock a real-world tragedy or group. They claim it’s “just dark humor.” As staff, how do you handle this and why? i would the the player he would have to change there name do to our server rules and we do not what to mock anyone and give the city a bad rep.

During a robbery scene, a player messages another outside the game to warn them what’s about to happen. The scene continues normally. As staff reviewing the report, what concerns you most and how do you handle it? i would ask a higher up to ban the player that was Mg and also let the player the know the male will be banned do the face they was mged if the show all the proof.

A player walks away from an active RP situation without saying anything and later claims, “My character wouldn’t care.” How do you judge whether this was valid character choice or roleplay avoidance? I would tell the player that While character personality matters, players are still expected to engage with active roleplay in a meaningful way. Walking away from an ongoing scene without interaction appears more like avoiding RP than a character-driven decision.

You notice a rule issue developing within a scene. How would you go about what your seeing in the scene? i would have to let the scene play out and if there was a rule broken i would tell the player to report it so i can do something about it.

A player repeatedly uses mechanics to gain advantages but technically follows the scripts correctly. How do you decide whether this is clever gameplay or abuse that hurts roleplay? While you’re technically using the script as intended, the repeated use in these situations is creating an unfair advantage and hurting RP flow. We want mechanics to support scenes, not replace believable roleplay

Two players give completely different versions of a scene. Both seem confident and neither has video. How do you investigate and make a fair decision as staff? i would ask What happened from start to finish, What led up to the scene, Exact actions they took, Any witnesses involved Any screenshots, logs,

You notice the same player appears in multiple reports—not always guilty, but always involved in messy situations. At what point does this become a concern, and how should staff address it? i would say, You haven’t been found guilty in every report, but we’ve noticed you’re consistently involved in situations that end in conflict or staff intervention. We want to address this early and figure out what’s causing it before it becomes a larger issue.

A player takes a huge risk in a dangerous situation and loses their character as a result. They complain that it was unfair. How do you explain consequences while still being respectful and professional? i would say, I understand why you’re frustrated, especially after investing time into your character. We reviewed the scene and did not find evidence of a rule violation. The situation involved a significant risk, and in roleplay, risky decisions can sometimes lead to serious consequences. While the outcome is unfortunate, staff can’t reverse situations that occurred within server rules

A civilian resists police in a situation that realistically would not justify extreme actions. How do you judge whether the player acted realistically or just wanted an outcome? i would say, after reviewing the situation, the level of escalation didn’t appear proportional to the original encounter. We expect reactions to make sense for the circumstances and the risks involved. This felt more outcome-driven than character-driven something like that.

A player roleplays severe injuries during a scene but is completely fine an hour later with no explanation. How should staff handle situations like this to maintain consistency? After reviewing the scene, the injuries roleplayed were significant enough that immediate full recovery without explanation breaks continuity. We’re treating this as an RP consistency issue and asking you to continue injury RP more realistically going forward.

You make a ruling that a player strongly disagrees with, but it’s fair and consistent. They continue arguing. How do you handle this while maintaining authority and professionalism? i would tell the player, I understand you don’t agree, and that’s okay. At this point the decision is final based on the information available. If new evidence appears or you’d like to appeal through the proper process, you’re free to do so.

Some one in the discord makes a ticket regarding applications, how would you respond to their ticket? I’d be happy to help with your application. Could you let me know what you need assistance with?
