Archive Delivery job issue

I spent almost an hour on the package delivery job just for it to malfunction close to the end. I waited a while at the door for the Ped to spawn to grab the package and it did not work. I also was stuck in place and couldn't move or /reloadskin. Looking to be paid for this job. Thank you in advance. Proof
