While this server is aiming to be a serious roleplay server, we do want all of our players to have fun. We encourage all of our players to read the rules provided for a better experience in the community.

Community & General Rules​

• Respect: All members must treat one another with respect both in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC). Harassment, toxicity, and hate speech are never tolerated.
• Names: Characters must have realistic names. No troll, meme, or immersion-breaking names.
• Twitch ToS: Players must follow Twitch Terms of Service at all times while streaming or appearing on streams.
• OOC Leaks/Threats: Leaking personal information, threatening others, or harassment across platforms (Discord, Twitch, Reddit, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• Admin Discretion: Admins may issue punishments outside of listed rules if your actions severely damage roleplay quality or community health.

Life Paths​

• Once you have chosen a life path, you are required to remain on that path unless your character is CK’d or you create a new one.
• Each life path comes with its own unique perks and disadvantages, so choose carefully.
• If you select a faction-based roleplay path, you are not permitted to purchase or own vehicles designated for civilian or other non-faction paths. Any vehicle purchased outside of your assigned path will be subject to deletion.

Violations & Enforcement​

Failure to follow your selected life path will result in the following actions:

1st Offense:

• Verbal or written warning
• Removal of any unauthorized assets (vehicles, items, etc.)

2nd Offense:

• Final warning
• Asset wipe related to the violation
• Possible temporary suspension from your role/path

3rd Offense:

• Character wipe (CK) or forced character change
• Temporary server ban

Repeated / Severe Violations:

• Permanent ban from the server
• Blacklisting from certain factions or role.

XP Roleplay Progression System​

All players will begin as Amateur Role players.

To progress within the server and unlock higher tiers, you are required to actively use proper roleplay commands such as /me and /do to enhance your scenes and overall roleplay quality.

As you continue to improve, you will advance through the roleplay tiers (e.g., Elite and Legend Role player), gaining access to additional perks, features, and opportunities within the server.

• Consistent use of /me and /do in roleplay
• High-quality, realistic roleplay scenarios
• Positive interaction with other players
• No history of rule-breaking or low-effort RP

Restrictions​

Players who remain at the Amateur level and do not show effort to improve their roleplay will have limited access to certain items, features, and opportunities within the server.

Enforcement​

• Staff may monitor and evaluate roleplay quality at any time
• Players may be denied progression if they fail to meet standards
• Abuse, spam, or incorrect use of /me and /do may result in warnings or penalties

Staff Discretion​

Staff members reserve the right to escalate punishments based on the severity of the violation, attempts to exploit loopholes, or repeated disregard for server rules.

Crime & Illegal Roleplay Rules​

3.1 Metagaming​

• No using OOC info IC.
• No Discord plotting during RP.
• No stream sniping.
• Punishment: Class C Ban.

3.2 Powergaming​

• No superhuman actions (e.g., organizing a shootout while downed, roleplaying injuries unrealistically).
• Always give fair chances in RP interactions.
• Punishment: Class B Ban.

3.3 Factions​

All faction RP is treated as a high-responsibility activity.

• Faction Representation: All faction members must rep their set during interactions (robberies, beefs, etc.). False claiming or not claiming = Faction Strike.
• Spinning Rules: Spinning a block more than twice = opposing faction may enter death mode. Fault lies on the spinners.
• OOC Conduct: No faction member may spread OOC toxicity. Violations = bans, blacklists, strikes.
• Provocation: Excessive provoking = opposing faction may kill/rob. Provoking on probation = Faction Strike.
• Faction Threads/Forums: Must be used to showcase RP and handle faction matters.
• Armor: Max 20% armor. Violations = faction punishments and possible strike.
• Drills & POVs: All offensive POVs must be provided when asked. Defensive = all killer POVs. NVIDIA/AMD clips only — other software voids evidence.

3.4 Deathmatching (DM/VDM)​

• No killing without valid RP reason.
• No revenge kills after respawn.
• No provoking to force a fight.
• Punishment: Class A–C Ban.

3.5 Robbery & Scamming​

• Escalation is mandatory. Random chain robberies are unrealistic.
• Max scam = $20,000.
• No robbing during scripted jobs or in greenzones.
• Looting dead bodies = forbidden.
• Punishment: Class A–B Ban.

3.6 New Life Rule (NLR)​

• Respawning wipes memory of events.
• No returning to death scene for 15 minutes.
• No revenge for a past life.
• Punishment: Class B Ban.

3.7 Illegal Civilians​

Illegal civilian roleplay is subject to strict guidelines:

• Third Party Mods: No mods that enhance gameplay. Includes tracers, crosshairs, mod menus (Eulen, Skript, Susano, etc.), or RPFs beyond graphic enhancements. Violations = strikes/closure.
• Combat Abuse: No combat rolling, speed boosting, bunny hopping, death circles, or abusing emotes.
• POV Exploits: No abusing third person or third eye for advantage.
• Exploiting: No glitches (e.g., emote dropping mid-gunfight).
• Backdoor Rule: Requires 7 logged interactions (positive or negative) before betrayal.
• Group Participation: If you are not in a group, you may not join attacks.
• Injury RP: After injuries, you must RP them for 12 hours. If you enter death script → you must CK.
• Looting: You cannot steal inventory items after knocking someone out — only visible items like clothes/shoes, and must /me and /do.
• Reports: Must be made within 24–48 hours. Revenge reporting = forbidden.
• Pending Reports: If a report is open between two factions or civs, they cannot interact until resolved.
• Gun Turn-Ins: After your solo/group scheme gets L&A, you must turn in guns. Failure = ban.
• Gun Flashing Rule: If you flash your gun in public, illegal civilians/factions may rob you for it.

Safezones​

• City Hall, Police/Fire HQs, Hospitals, Banks, DMV.
• Player-owned businesses (during open hours)
• Note: If RP begins outside and moves into a greenzone, RP may continue. All events that civ related are Green zones unless promoted other wise.

Not Valuing Life (NVL)​

• Always fear for your character’s life.
• Gunpoint = comply.
• Hostages must be valued.
• Outnumbered 2:1 = must comply.
• Punishment: Class B Ban.

Illegal Activities​

• Criminal groups capped at 4 during activity.
• Dice games / Scamming limits capped at $20k.
• Civilian shooters must have valid RP buildup.
• Civilians on cooldown (8 hours) after attacks.
• Punishment: Class B Ban.

Multiple Characters​

• No multi-characters in the same group/faction storyline.
• If CK’d in a faction, new character must start as resident/member.
• New characters cannot be related to CK’d characters.
• Punishment: Class B Ban.

Faction Conduct & Restrictions​

Corruption Policy
Police or EMS personnel are strictly prohibited from giving, selling, or supplying weapons or illegal items. Any involvement in such activity will be considered corruption.

Cross-Career Restrictions
Players are not allowed to hold positions in both Police and EMS simultaneously. You must choose one career path.

Legal vs. Illegal Factions
Members of legal factions (Police, EMS, Government, etc.) are strictly forbidden from being involved in or affiliated with illegal factions.

Undercover Operations​

Undercover roleplay is permitted only with prior approval from the Head of Police.

• All undercover activity must be realistic and properly roleplayed
• Any items obtained from gangs must be logged and documented through proper in-character paperwork
• Undercover privileges are a privilege, not a right
• Failure to follow proper procedures or abusing undercover roleplay will result in immediate removal of undercover privileges and possible further punishment.

Punishments​

Violations of these rules will result in disciplinary action based on severity:

• Minor Violations: Warning or suspension from faction duties
• Moderate Violations: Removal from faction, asset wipe, or temporary ban
• Severe Violations (Corruption/Abuse): Character wipe (CK), faction blacklist, or permanent ban

Refunds​

Refund Policy​

Out-of-Character Purchases
All payments made toward donations, whitelist fees, or server assets are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

In-Character Refund Requests​

Players requesting an in-character refund for lost items must follow the proper process:

Requirements:

• Provide valid proof (video clip, screenshots, or other clear evidence) showing ownership of the items
• Submit a formal refund request through the proper channels

Refund Process​

• Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, staff will proceed with the request
• An in-game announcement will be made regarding approved refunds
• Refunds will only include items verified through submitted proof

Important Notes​

• False or misleading refund claims will result in disciplinary action
• Staff have full discretion to approve or deny any request based on the evidence provided
• Excessive or repeated refund requests may be denied

Real World Trading​

• No trading in-game assets for real money.
• Punishment: Any class.

---

Vehicle Price Agreement​

• Vehicles may only be resold at +75k max above stock value.
• Violations = Class B ban + character wipe.

Obscene Roleplay​

• Must have OOC consent.
• No rape, minors, or forced acts.
• Punishment: Class D Ban (permanent).

Consequence Classes​

• Class A: Warning / Admin Jail / 8–12 hr ban.
• Class B: 1–6 day ban.
• Class C: 7–21 day ban.
• Class D: Permanent ban, appealable.
