Key Responsibilities​

Application Reviews​

• Evaluate whitelist applications as the entry point into the community
• Determine acceptance or denial based on quality and effort
• Provide constructive feedback to applicants needing improvement

Beta Testing​

• Test server updates, including new features, balancing changes, and bug fixes
• Perform thorough testing to identify issues before public release
• Provide clear, detailed feedback to developers

---

In-Game Support​

• Assist players using the /report system
• Answer questions in /ooc (Out of Character chat)
• Remain active and available while on tester duty

---

Bug Verification​

• Review bug reports submitted through the forums
• Investigate and confirm reported issues
• Forward verified bugs to the development team

---

Community Assistance​

• Monitor and respond to support requests on the forums
• Provide accurate and helpful solutions to players
• Maintain a supportive and welcoming environment

Requirements​

Proficiency in English​

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to respond clearly and professionally

Collaboration Skills​

• Work effectively in both small and large teams
• Contribute toward shared goals through teamwork

Professional Attitude​

• Represent the server with respect, maturity, and positivity
• Maintain a professional image at all times

---

Discord Activity​

• Active participation on Discord is mandatory
• Must be familiar with Discord and comfortable using it for communication

---

Server Knowledge & Experience​

• Minimum of one full day of in-game activity required
• Must understand server commands, systems, and basic roleplay standards

---

Community Standing​

• Must have a positive reputation within the community
• Recent disciplinary actions will be reviewed case-by-case
  • Severe violations (e.g., bans) carry more weight than minor ones (e.g., AFK kicks)

Important Notes​

• Testers are expected to lead by example at all times
• Abuse of tester permissions will result in immediate removal
• Inactivity may result in role removal
• All staff must be apart of a department.
