Any staff team I left was because the server may have shut down, or I didnt feel right at that current position.

A new player joins with a realistic-looking name, but it’s clearly meant to mock a real-world tragedy or group. They claim it’s “just dark humor.” As staff, how do you handle this and why? I would adminjail the player for "Request A Name Change," & whenever the player does it, I will ask them what they want their name to be & then proceed.
During a robbery scene, a player messages another outside the game to warn them what’s about to happen. The scene continues normally. As staff reviewing the report, what concerns you most and how do you handle it? I would ban the player who sent the message for Metagaming. Then, if the individual who received the message used it as an advantage, I would also ban him for a shorter time.
A player walks away from an active RP situation without saying anything and later claims, “My character wouldn’t care.” How do you judge whether this was valid character choice or roleplay avoidance? If a player walks away from an active RP situation without saying anything and later claims “my character wouldn’t care,” it depends on whether the action still contributes to the scene or simply shuts the RP down. For example, if a car pulls up on him trying to politic, and the individual is just walking away without saying anything, I would describe that as avoiding roleplay because the player is refusing to engage in a interaction instead of roleplaying.
You notice a rule issue developing within a scene. How would you go about what your seeing in the scene? If I notice a rule issue developing within a scene, I would first determine how serious the violation is. If it isn’t a serious rule break, I would PM the individual and let the player know what they are doing wrong so the scene can continue without unnecessary interruption. If it is something more serious or clearly bannable, I would avoid coming into the scene unless its necessary, wait for the scene to end, review the situation properly, and then ban the individual.
A player repeatedly uses mechanics to gain advantages but technically follows the scripts correctly. How do you decide whether this is clever gameplay or abuse that hurts roleplay? I would ask the intent behind the actions. Just because someone is technically following the scripts correctly does not automatically mean it is acceptable if they are clearly abusing mechanics to gain advantages. I would consider it Powergaming.
Two players give completely different versions of a scene. Both seem confident and neither has video. How do you investigate and make a fair decision as staff? If two players give different versions of a scene, I would ask for a clip first and see if either side can show more proof such as screenshots, logs, etc. I would speak to both players separately, look at both of their versions. I would just give a warning or if their is proof whoever was in the wrong will be banned.
You notice the same player appears in multiple reports—not always guilty, but always involved in messy situations. At what point does this become a concern, and how should staff address it? If the same player keeps showing up in reports, even if they are not always guilty, it can become a concern. At that point, as staff I should look and see why the player is always involved. I would talk to the player and let them know that even if they aren't breaking rules every time, it is still a problem.
A player takes a huge risk in a dangerous situation and loses their character as a result. They complain that it was unfair. How do you explain consequences while still being respectful and professional? If there was nothing wrong with the scene, I would respectfully explain to the player that thats what happens in roleplay, especially when taking big risks in dangerous situations.
A civilian resists police in a situation that realistically would not justify extreme actions. How do you judge whether the player acted realistically or just wanted an outcome? I would look at the full situation and decide if the player’s actions made sense realistically or if they were only trying to force a outcome. I would PM the player first and explain the issue so they understand what they are doing wrong. If the player is still doing it, I will ban them for Subpar Roleplay.
A player roleplays severe injuries during a scene but is completely fine an hour later with no explanation. How should staff handle situations like this to maintain consistency? Staff should remind the player to keep their injuries consistent and roleplay proper recovery instead of acting completely fine right away with no explanation. If the behavior keeps happening, staff should warn or punish the player for failing to maintain realistic and consistent roleplay.
You make a ruling that a player strongly disagrees with, but it’s fair and consistent. They continue arguing. How do you handle this while maintaining authority and professionalism? I would stay calm and explain the reason behind the ruling and how it follows the servers rules.
Some one in the discord makes a ticket regarding applications, how would you respond to their ticket? I would let them know that their application will be reviewed when higher-ups get the chance. I would also respectfully remind them not to make tickets just to rush application responses, since staff respond as soon as possible.
